Eggs are an excellent way to start your day. They are the true breakfast of champions, packing healthy protein, fat and other beneficial nutrients in every bite. The "experts" that told you eggs are unhealthy finally did some research. Now they are saying "oops". Eggs actually have a beneficial effect on cholesterol levels and help sustain us through the morning. Cereals are loaded with added sugars and refined grains that turn into more sugar. Plus other junk. Don't believe the heart on the cheerios box!

Our doctors recommend eggs as a great way to start the day for adults and children. If you're short on time, boil some eggs the night before or grab a handful of nuts and a piece of fruit.
