You're Right!
Most people don't realize that many yogurts have more sugar per ounce than a can of pop. The strawberry yogurt on the left contains 26 grams of added sugar in 6 ounces. The coke had 39 grams of sugar in a larger 12 ounce can. That means an equal amount of yogurt would have 52 grams of sugar. That's 25% more sugar in each ounce of yogurt than in the coke. That's Crazy! So much for being a health food.
