Butter is far healthier than margarine and it tastes better too. Margarine is any blend of industrial liquid oils (soybean, corn, vegetable, canola) that have been hydrogenated or chemically processed to make them solid like butter. Picture a delicious gray blob before adding the yellow food coloring...mmm. The "experts" were wrong and you believed them silly. Now that enough research has been performed, butter is clearly a healthier choice than margarine or any of the processed liquid oils. Hooray for butter!
