"Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right." --Henry Ford
Why not think you can?
Thoughts are things....
I've been writing Monday Morning Messages each week for a few years now, sending them to family and friends. Sometimes I share interesting news and I usually include some thoughts to help them begin their week in a positive way. We all need to be reminded and encouraged to think and act in positive ways... to take responsibility for improving ourselves...and to help others improve their lives, their health and their happiness too.
I have been encouraged to begin sharing some weekly Messages on our McMichael Chiropractic website. As a member of our McMichael Chiropractic Family, I hope you will find these Messages to be helpful, as you begin your week. I will share ideas and thoughts on health and happiness, especially on natural health care, on connecting positively with others and on making a difference in our lives. I encourage your questions, ideas and input to the thoughts and ideas offered in the Messages.
Thoughts for the Week
We are all the product of the people we meet and the books we read. People and books give us a variety of thoughts and ideas... some of which stimulate and encourage us to take certain actions... which then changes our habits... which mold us into who we are.
Thoughts are things... they change and mold our lives and everything around us. Everything we do or create begins with a thought. What are your thoughts? What are your thoughts creating? Do you do your best to focus on the positive things in your life? Do you have gratitude for your blessings? Remember, if you want to attract and hold good things in your life, you need to... first decide, and then do your best, to put good thoughts into your mind... and then take positive action that is consistent with those positive thoughts.
Henry Ford said "Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right." Why not think you can? Let's begin by thinking throughout the day... and week... 'I am healthy, maximally well, and optimally happy. I choose to do the things that attract health and happiness to me. I am happy for my blessings of health and happiness. I am helping others to be healthy and happy too.'
Be well,
Dr. Rick McMichael, DC
