Walk in the rhythm of life
Walk peacefully.
Author Matthew Kelly recommends that we, "Learn to walk like a person who doesn't have a care in the world." He explains, "Some evenings, as I reflect on the day that has just passed, I realize that I have spent the whole day in a rush. .... often I come to the realization that I really didn't need to rush. .... the rushing didn't help. In this world that is always racing, we must learn to slow down."

You must learn to take control of your pace. What is the natural pace that is best for you? Next time you go for a walk, consciously slow your pace, relax any tension you feel... and find your steady, relaxing pace. You will find yourself walking to a rhythm that is restful and peaceful.

Kelly says, "When we are in touch with the rhythm of life, we are able to think about our lives as we live them, rather than as an afterthought or regret."

Slow down... walk in the rhythm of life... enjoy the rhythm of life... and experience the peace, harmony and contentment that it produces.
