Intense Exercise Reduces Workout Time
Time for intense exercise
Research indicates that more intense exercise in a shorter period of time can be just as beneficial as an extended workout. It may even be healthier.
"High-intensity interval training is twice as effective as normal exercise. This is like finding a new pill that works twice as well. We should immediately throw out the old way of exercising," added Jan Helgerud, an exercise expert at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
You may not want to throw out the old way of exercising, but now you have no excuse if you are short on time. Try working some more intense exercise into your routine as long as your chiropractor thinks you are ready. Info at topnews.com
