2 lbs green beans, trimmed
3 TBS coconut oil (or olive oil)
3 TBS minced garlic
3 TBS minced fresh parsley
1 TBS chopped fresh tarragon
1/2 tsp sea salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
Garlicky Green Beans
Goodby green bean casserole
Warm oil over medium heat in skillet.
Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly until fragrant (30 sec).
Add beans, herbs, seasonings, and stir.
Heat a few minutes until beans are tender-crisp.

: you can also mix things up and roast the beans in the oven at 450 for 10-15 minutes.
