The hardest part of the journey toward reaching our goals is just getting started. Sometimes we want to wait for the perfect opportunity to arise. We look for the perfect time to begin. But the perfect time to begin is right now! You do not have to take a big step... just take a small step toward your objectives. Taking a first step will get you started. Taking small steps-- day after day-- will move you consistently toward your goals.

Take a small step today. You may want to begin with action toward accomplishing your health goals. You could begin by eating more salads, by drinking more water or by taking a short walk daily. Just get started!

Getting started, even in a small way, will give you a good feeling of momentum. Taking some positive action each day will help you build your momentum. Beginning with regular exercise may be a good place for you to begin since exercise can improve your feeling of well-being... and encourage you to take additional action toward your goals. Do a little exercise today... and every day.
