Create Positive New Habits
Write a thank you note.
Author Brian Tracy writes about the Law of Habit... "Any thought or action that you repeat over and over will eventually become a new habit."
The beginning of thew new year is a great time to begin to form some new positive habits of thought and action. Begin thinking, acting and reacting repeatedly in a positive way and you will begin to take control, naturally. The more you repeat your positive actions, the more natural and automatic they become. A few weeks of willpower and repetition will result in positive new habits; these new habits of thought and action will change your life. Make sure to include some new good health habits.
The more you repeat your positive actions, the more natural and automatic they become.
Here are a few ideas to get you started:
The list of possible new habits that you might form is endless. Take a little time and write a list of new habits that you want to build over the next few weeks and months. Practice your new habits and keep track of your results. You may stumble but you will not fail-- as long as you try, try again until your new habit is well-formed. If tackling multiple habits simultaneously is too difficult for you, work on them one at a time. Just decide where you will begin and get started. Your new habits will change your life.
Happy habit building!
Be well!
